We stand behind The Genius Wave with our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll refund your money, no questions asked.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your request must be made within 90 days of purchase
• You must provide your order number
• Digital products must not have been excessively used (more than 10 sessions)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@thegeniuswave.com with your order details
2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
3. Provide your order number and reason for requesting a refund

We process refunds within 5-7 business days of approval.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If this isn't possible, we may issue store credit or use an alternative refund method.

Digital Products

Since The Genius Wave is a digital product, we cannot accept returns. All refunds will result in your license being revoked and access to the product being terminated.

Exceptions

Our refund policy does not apply to:

• Purchases made through unauthorized resellers
• Products purchased more than 90 days ago
• Requests that don't include valid proof of purchase
